Key Responsibilities of Relationship Executive

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agents, understanding their needs and addressing inquiries.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify new sales opportunities with advertising agents, present and sell products/services, and achieve sales targets.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, resolve complaints, and conduct follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Market Research: Identify new business opportunities within the advertising sector and stay informed about market trends.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Fresher or 6 Months to 1 year Sales Experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.

  • Customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and well-organized.

Office Timing:

  • 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
