Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including business development executives, media planners, digital marketing specialists, etc.
- Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms, such as job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Ensure job advertisements align with AYMRK Media’s brand and mission.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Use a variety of sourcing methods (social media, job portals, referrals, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage expectations.
- Onboarding Process:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by helping them integrate into the company culture.
