HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, including business development executives, media planners, digital marketing specialists, etc.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  2. Job Posting and Advertising:
    • Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms, such as job boards, social media, and the company website.
    • Ensure job advertisements align with AYMRK Media’s brand and mission.
  3. Sourcing Candidates:
    • Use a variety of sourcing methods (social media, job portals, referrals, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  4. Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
  5. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage expectations.
  6. Onboarding Process:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
    • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by helping them integrate into the company culture.
