1.Cancellation Policy

a.Campaign Cancellations (Before Launch):

• Clients may request to cancel their advertising campaign at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled launch date.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [hello@aymrk.com] with the subject line “Campaign Cancellation Request”.
• If the cancellation request is approved within the above timeframe, any advance payments made will be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or setup costs already incurred.

b.Campaign Cancellations (After Launch):

• Once a campaign has launched, cancellation is no longer possible.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, booked, or initiated.

2.Refund Policy

a.Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues on our end that prevent the campaign from launching.
• Service not delivered as per the agreed scope and terms.
• Duplicate payments or overcharges due to billing errors.

b.Non-Refundable Items:

• Design and creative work already completed.
• Platform fees, third-party media costs, and administrative charges.
• Any promotional or discounted services.

c.Refund Request Procedure:

• Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the billing or campaign issue.
• Include your full name, business name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
