• Promotional materials (banners, flyers, posters)
• Signboards and signage hardware
• Customized advertisement kits or merchandise

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
• Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, deliveries within India usually take 5–10 business days depending on the location.
• Urgent Deliveries: Express or priority shipping is available on request and may incur additional charges.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events such as weather conditions, logistics partner delays, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free or included in package pricing, unless otherwise specified.
• Express Shipping: Charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and package weight.
• Installation: For hardware like screens or signboards, installation charges (if any) will be shared at the time of agreement.

4. Tracking & Notifications

• Once your shipment is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
• Our team will also coordinate directly with your point of contact for installation or delivery updates, where applicable.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• Share clear photographs of the package, label, and damaged item.
• We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, as per the situation.

6. International Shipping

At present, we offer shipping within India only. For international clients, digital services and remote advertising solutions are available.
