Welcome to the AYMRK Publisher Network. These Publisher Guidelines outline the responsibilities, standards, and operational requirements for all screen owners, venue partners, digital signage operators, and media partners using AYMRK services.
By registering as a publisher or screen partner with AYMRK, you agree to comply with the following guidelines and policies.
The AYMRK Publisher Network is designed to help businesses, venues, and screen owners monetize their digital screens by displaying advertisements, promotional campaigns, entertainment content, and customer engagement media.

Screens that remain offline, damaged, inactive, or improperly maintained for extended periods may be temporarily removed from the AYMRK network.
Publishers must ensure that all advertisements and media content are displayed professionally, clearly, and according to agreed campaign schedules.
Publishers agree to display approved advertisements for the agreed duration, avoid interruption of active campaigns, ensure content visibility and readability, maintain proper screen orientation and sizing, and prevent distortion, cropping, or blocking of advertisements.

All publishers are expected to operate professionally and ethically. Publishers must provide accurate location and screen information, cooperate with AYMRK verification processes, respond to operational communications promptly, maintain honest reporting and activity records, and avoid fraudulent traffic or fake viewership claims.
Any attempt to manipulate impressions, playback statistics, or campaign performance may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Eligible publishers may earn revenue through advertisements displayed on their registered screens.
Payments may depend on screen activity and uptime, campaign participation, verified playback data, and compliance with AYMRK policies. AYMRK reserves the right to withhold payments in cases involving fraudulent activity, policy violations, false information, or inactive/non-functional screens. Payment schedules, commission structures, and earning models may vary based on partnership agreements.
AYMRK may periodically review publisher screens and locations to ensure compliance. Verification methods may include physical inspections, photo/video submissions, remote monitoring, playback analytics, and connectivity checks. Publishers agree to cooperate with all reasonable verification requests.
Publishers must maintain reliable internet connectivity where required, compatible playback systems, updated software or applications, and a stable power supply. AYMRK is not responsible for revenue loss caused by internet outages, power failures, device malfunctions, venue closures, or improper setup by publishers.
Publishers may not misuse AYMRK branding or logos, modify AYMRK software without permission, or represent themselves as official AYMRK employees or owners. All AYMRK trademarks, software, systems, and branding remain the intellectual property of AYMRK.
AYMRK reserves the right to suspend or terminate publisher accounts or screens for reasons including violation of publisher guidelines, repeated inactivity, fraudulent behavior, poor maintenance standards, unauthorized content display, or harmful/illegal activities. Termination may result in loss of access to the AYMRK platform and pending earnings where applicable.
AYMRK shall not be liable for business losses, venue disruptions, hardware damage, connectivity failures, advertisement performance expectations, or third-party disputes. Publishers participate in the AYMRK network at their own discretion and responsibility.
AYMRK may revise these Publisher Guidelines at any time. Updated guidelines will be posted on the official website, and continued participation in the network constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
